PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCED

NOW or NEVER - HAVE YOUR SAY!

On May 2, 2024 at 6pm in Municipal Council Chambers in the Municipal Building at 181 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. in Coldbrook will be a Public Hearing regarding Planning File #21-25 for a Development Agreement propsal to create a Campground in Scots Bay.

If you would like to speak at the Public Hearing, anyone may have up to 10 minutes to address Council regarding this proposal.

MEETING PROCESS HIGHLIGHTS

• Speakers go to the podium.

• State your name and adress

  • This may mean you'd like to say your personall connection to the proposal

    • Examples: "My name is Bob Smith and I live at 123 Street in Scots Bay, about 1 km from the proposed location."

    • OR "My name is Jane Smith and I live at 123 Province Street in Aylesford but have a sesonal family cottage in Scots Bay."

    • OR "My name is Kai Smith and I live at 123 Prince Street, Wolfville and am concerned about this rural community I visit often."

• Speak for up to 10 minutes

• Sit Down

Those speakers pre-registered will speak first in the order they were registered.

If speakers are not pre-registered, they will speak after the registered speakers list is complete.
